Terms and conditions

Dancom TT&L Telecommunications (M) Sdn Bhd ("Dancom") is responsible for the "Win Resorts World Cruises' 4D3N cruise on Genting Dream" contest ("Contest"). You are eligible to join the Contest only if you agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Contest.

Dancom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Dancom’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Contest. Any cancellation, suspension or changes to the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions will be revised and reflected as an update(s) here. In the event of disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Dancom shall have the right to make final decision.

 

A. Qualifying Entrants

The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above who are permanently residing in Malaysia ("Participants").

  • Employees of Dancom, Dyson, Resorts World Cruises, and participating authorized retailers are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  • Dancom reserves the right to disqualify any Contest entries for any reason, including violating these Terms and Conditions.

 

B. Contest Rules
  • This Contest is valid at all participating authorized retailers from 1 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 [11:59PM] ("Contest Period").
  • Spend and Win Resorts World Cruises' 4D3N cruise on Genting Dream for 2 pax. Ten (10) lucky winners will be selected.
  • To participate, spend a minimum of RM1,999 on Dyson technology in a single receipt, excluding Dyson accessories and parts at all participating authorized retailers.
  • For every RM1,999 spent, Participants are entitled to one (1) entry into the Contest.
    For eg: Receipt value above RM6,000 automatically entitled for three (3) entry into the Contest.
  • All entries must be submitted via https://forms.gle/x3jgMxs26c6mf18t5 by 31 October 2024 [11:59PM]. Entries received after this deadline will be considered null and void.
  • All entries will only be deemed eligible when the participant details are complete in the form. Participants must ensure that the details provided in the form are accurate, current and complete with the original purchase receipt. Dancom will not entertain any requests by participants to amend any errors made by Participants in the form submitted to us.
  • Ten (10) prize winners will be selected randomly, with the announcement made on 15 November 2024, via email and WhatsApp.
  • Dancom reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Contest as described in these Terms and Conditions.

 

C. Prize Letter
  • Winners are entitled to a 3 Nights cruise departing from Singapore onboard the Genting Dream for two persons in a Balcony Stateroom (BSS Category) ("Prize") provided by Resorts World Cruises.
  • The Prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
      • 1. The Prize is valid for redemption for sailings until 13 April 2025, inclusive of end date ("Valid Redemption Period"), excluding blackout periods, school holidays and public holidays (subject to change).
      2. Bookings are subject to stateroom availability, based on first-come, first-served basis. Please make advance reservation at least 2 months before the intended departure date.
      3. Passengers are required to pay related visa fee, port charges, gratuities, self-transportation to and from Cruise terminal at Port Klang or Singapore and any other incidental charges.
  • The Genting Dream offers a certified Halal menu and offerings.
  • Valid for one time reservation and no partial redemption is allowed.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.
  • The Participants are unable to modify the booking, as it is a fixed package.
  • The terms and conditions of this cruise voucher are governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

D. Privacy Policy

By participating in this Contest, you agree to grant and authorize Dancom the right to collect, use, process and disclose your name, address, contact information and other personal information, for the purpose of (i) administration in relation to the Contest; (ii) for Dyson’s promotional and marketing purposes; and (iii) for any and all purposes set out in the Dyson global privacy policy at http://privacy.dyson.com/en/globalprivacypolicy.
