Trade-up campaign terms and conditions
- The trade-up campaign is available from 15 November to 31 December 2025.
- The trade-up offer is applicable at:
- Dyson Demo Stores & Services Centres: List of stores
- Dyson Authorized Retailers: List of retailers
- This trade-up campaign is valid exclusively for the following Dyson floor care machine:
- Dyson V12s Origin Submarine™ HEPA at RM2,199 (RRP: RM2,999 | Save RM800)
- Eligibility Criteria:
a. Existing Dyson owners: Bringing your machine is not necessary. To redeem the trade-up offer:
✓ At Dyson Stores / Service Centres: Present the official WhatsApp message received from Dyson.
b. Non-Dyson owners: Bring any floor care machine, regardless of brand or condition, to qualify for the trade-up offer.
- Machines brought in for this trade-up campaign are strictly for the purpose of entitlement to the trade-up offer price and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, credit, or for other products not offered under this campaign.
- Rebate vouchers, shopping mall member offers, and partner offers (including offers under Dyson collaboration campaigns) cannot be used or stacked with this trade-up campaign, as the trade-up offer price is fixed as stated above.
- Trade-up offers are available while stocks last. Dancom TT&L Telecommunications (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Dancom”) reserves the right to refuse trade-in machines that do not meet the minimum requirements at its discretion.
- Dancom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
