Yes. The machine comes with a hidden built in crevice tool which allows you to use it as a handheld, and it also comes with attachments for different surfaces around your home and car.
Yes. For intensive cleaning of pet hair from sofas, we recommend that you use the hair screw tool which detangles the hair using its conical brush bar. You can use MAX mode if needed for small areas. For pet hair on carpets and floors, we recommend you use the All Floor Cones™ Sense cleaner head which has two conical brush bars – engineered to remove and de-tangle pet hair and long hair.
