Terms and conditions

Dancom TT&L Telecommunications (M) Sdn Bhd (“Dancom”) is the organizer of the “Win Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Passes - Adventure awaits!” contest (“Contest”). Participation in the Contest is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By entering the Contest, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Dancom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, should unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the integrity of the Contest. Any updates, changes, or amendments to the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions will be reflected accordingly.

In the event of any disputes relating to the Contest or these Terms and Conditions, Dancom’s decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

 

A. Qualifying Entrants 

  1. The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above who are permanent residents of Malaysia (“Participants”).
  2. The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
     - Employees of Dancom, Dyson, Sunway Theme Parks Group, and participating authorized retailers.
  3. Dancom reserves the right to disqualify any entries that violate these Terms & Conditions.

 

B. Contest Rules

  1. Contest Period: The Contest is valid from 1 March 2025 to 6 April 2025 (11:59 PM) at all participating authorized retailers.
  2. How to Participate:
    - Spend a minimum of RM1,500 in a single receipt on Dyson technology (excluding accessories and parts) at any participating authorized retailers.
    - For every RM1,500 spent, Participants will receive one (1) Contest entry. Example: A receipt of RM4,500 qualifies for three (3) entries into the Contest.
    - Submit your entry via here by 6 April 2025 (11:59 PM). Late submissions will be void.
  3.  Entry Eligibility:
    - Only entries with complete and accurate participant details (including original purchase receipt) will be considered valid.
    - Dancom is not responsible for errors made by Participants in the submission form, and no amendments will be entertained.
  4. Winner Selection:
    - A total of sixty-eight (68) lucky winners will be selected randomly.
    - Winners will be announced on 1 May 2025 via email and WhatsApp.
  5. Dancom reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the contest requirements.

 

C. Prize Passes

  1. Winners will receive one of the following prizes:
    - Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport for 2 pax
    - Sunway Lagoon Villa     for 2 pax
    - Sunway Lagoon Night Park Passes     for 2 pax
  2. The prize is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    - Sunway Lagoon Annual Passport is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
    - Sunway Lagoon Villa Stay is valid for three (3) months and can be redeemed for a one-time stay only.
    - Sunway Lagoon Night Park Passes are valid for three (3) months and can be redeemed for one-time entry only.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

D. Privacy Policy

By participating in this Contest, you agree to grant Dancom the right to collect, use, process, and disclose your name, contact details, and personal information for the following purposes:

  1. Contest administration (verification, winner selection, and prize distribution).
  2. Marketing & promotional activities related to Dyson.
  3. Any purpose outlined in Dyson’s global privacy policy at here.
