Terms and conditions

Dancom TT&L Telecommunications (M) Sdn Bhd ("Dancom") is responsible for the "Win A Trip 8D6N For 2 To Hokkaido, Japan" contest ("Contest"). You are eligible to join the Contest only if you agree to and accept the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Contest.

Dancom reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Dancom's absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Contest. Any cancellation, suspension or changes to the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions will be revised and reflected as an update(s) here. In the event of disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Dancom shall have the right to make final decision.


A. Qualifying Entrants

The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above who are permanently residing in Malaysia ("Participants").
  • Employees of Dancom and Dyson are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
  • Dancom reserves the right to disqualify any Contest entries for any reason, including violating these Terms and Conditions.

B. Contest Rules

  • This Contest is valid at all Dyson Demo Stores and www.dyson.my, from 15 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 [11:59PM] ("Contest Period").
  • Spend and Win an 8 days 6 nights trip to Hokkaido, Japan worth RM25,000 for 2 pax. Ten (10) lucky winners will be selected.
  • To participate, spend a minimum of RM3,000 on Dyson technology in a single receipt, including Dyson accessories and extended warranty at all Dyson Demo Stores and www.dyson.my
  • For every RM3,000 spent, Participants are entitled to one (1) entry into the Contest. For eg: Receipt value above RM9,000 automatically entitled for three (3) entry into the Contest.
  • If purchased via Dyson Demo Stores, all entries must be submitted via https://forms.gle/VG3EfhrD6HWaNrNe8 by 30 September 2024 [11:59PM]. Entries received after this deadline will be considered null and void.
  • If purchased via dyson.my, all entries will be automatically submitted. Purchases received after 30 September 2024 [11:59PM] will be considered null and void.
  • All entries will only be deemed eligible when the participant details are complete in the form. Participants must ensure that the details provided in the form are accurate, current and complete with the original purchase receipt. Dancom will not entertain any requests by participants to amend any errors made by Participants in the form submitted to us.
  • Ten (10) prize winners will be selected randomly, with the announcement made on 14 October 2024, via email and WhatsApp.
  • Dancom reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Contest as described in these Terms and Conditions.

C. Travel voucher

  • Travel period from 15 December 2024 to 22 December 2024.
  • Valid for one time reservation and no partial redemption is allowed.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.
  • The Participants are unable to modify the booking, as it is a fixed package.
  • The terms and conditions of this travel voucher are governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

D. Privacy Policy

By participating in this Contest, you agree to grant and authorize Dancom the right to collect, use, process and disclose your name, address, contact information and other personal information, for the purpose of (i) administration in relation to the Contest; (ii) for Dyson’s promotional and marketing purposes; and (iii) for any and all purposes set out in the Dyson global privacy policy at http://privacy.dyson.com/en/globalprivacypolicy.
